Care for people starts with taking care of the details on all of our sites, and how we operate. No one operates outside their area of expertise and all our staff are Grow Safe certified, with relevant additional accreditations, qualifications and licences for their role, be it handling chemicals or handling a vehicle.
We also have our Safe365 Health and Safety portal providing world-class safety technology.

Prior to commencement of work all personnel involved in site works attend a site induction. All of our truck delivery drivers regularly undertake drug and alcohol screening tests as part of Kauri Park Project’s health and safety policy.

Kauri Park Projects operates the Health and Safety reporting in the Safe365 portal https:// safe365global.com/ and reports are available upon reasonable request. Each delivery driver completes a daily vehicle test before leaving the site and conforms to the site standards.

Our delivery drivers and planting team wear appropriate PPE which includes: site accredited hard hat, safety glasses, high vis vest and steel toe safety boots when unloading and while on site.
Our trucks are fitted with safety features to comply with NZTA standards, and the drivers are experienced in delivering to Tier 1 civil construction sites where multiple contractors are working in the same zone.

Our safe culture is also reinforced by continually identifying, assessing and controlling possible risks to the health and safety of people that may arise. We have regular consultation and collaboration, and ensure robust reporting and recording is in place for all health and safety matters.
