Every subdivision resource consent involves planting, and with proven capability across projects from 1ha lifestyle blocks through to 1,000ha subdivisions, we provide the expertise, systems and scale to get planting done right. Our role is to deliver the works needed to achieve consent sign-off efficiently and in compliance.
Typical projects include site preparation such as spraying, mulching and coir matting, as well as revegetation and stream planting, street trees, staking and raingardens. By managing these works with care and precision, we create resilient, high-quality outcomes that balance progress with ecological care.
Once consent obligations are met and sign-off is achieved, the development moves into its next stages beyond our scope. Our focus is on making that handover seamless, giving developers assurance that planting obligations are met and landscapes will establish successfully.
