116 Waihoehoe Road is an 18.5-hectare landholding located north of Waihoehoe Road and east of the North Island Main Trunk Railway. .
Rezoned from the Future Urban Zone to the Terraced Housing and Apartment Buildings Zone between 2017 and 2022, the site is now being transformed into a new residential community. As part of this transition, significant areas of wetlands and waterways are being planted and enhanced, contributing to the creation of thriving ecosystems that strengthen the landscape for future generations.

Kauri Park Projects was engaged to deliver the planting and establishment services required to support the new greenfield subdivision.
