Karaka North Village is a residential development north of Pukekohe, planned as a connected community with strong landscaping and open space integrated throughout. Wetlands, street trees, and riparian planting were used across the site to reflect the surrounding rural setting and support long-term environmental outcomes.

Warkworth Ridge is a residential development transforming approximately 50 hectares of rolling hills on the outskirts of Warkworth.

The Loop Road upgrade enhances traffic flow and safety at Whangārei’s southern entrance. Kauri Park Projects delivered the planting and soft landscaping package for the new roundabout, bridge approaches, and side road connection.

Waihoehoe is an 18.5-hectare greenfield residential development north of Waihoehoe Road and east of the North Island Main Trunk Railway. As part of the development’s consent requirements, planting was required across the site to support wetland protection, riparian restoration, stormwater management, and streetscape outcomes.

Southern Gateway is a large commercial development at the entrance to Auckland Airport. Designed as both a business precinct and an ecologically integrated landscape, the project combines commercial infrastructure with extensive native planting, wetland systems, and streetscape works.

The Northern Diversion project involved riparian planting along a diverted stream on the edge of the Stevenson quarry in Drury. The site sits between an active quarry and an adjacent estuary, with the diverted stream connecting to existing native vegetated corridors. Planting was established along approximately 1km of waterway, with species eco-sourced to match the site conditions.

Auranga is an ambitious 83ha project at Drury West consisting of 2,650 dwellings, walkable, bike-able streets, and lush landscaping. Developers selected the site for its nature appeal - a place that had a natural beauty and mana.
