Karaka North Village is a residential development north of Pukekohe, planned as a connected community with strong landscaping and open space integrated throughout. Wetlands, street trees, and riparian planting were used across the site to reflect the surrounding rural setting and support long-term environmental outcomes.
Planting was delivered across Karaka North Village to meet resource consent requirements. Kauri Park Projects worked across multiple areas of the development to deliver the landscape package. The landscaping works included extensive ecological planting across large gullies, esplanade reserves, riparian margins, and wetland areas. Consistent plant quality, experienced crews, and reliable delivery supported a steady rollout across the site as works progressed.
The project established 85,000 plants across Karaka North Village, contributing to the connected landscape and open space framework across the development.
