Warkworth Ridge is a residential development transforming approximately 50 hectares of rolling hills on the outskirts of Warkworth.
Planned around natural landscape features that enhance the development, the project used native planting to strengthen ecological connectivity and support long-term sustainability across the site.
Kauri Park Projects prepared the site by installing 17,500 square metres of coir matting across the development, providing weed and erosion control ahead of planting. Approximately 39,000 native plants were then installed across the site, and ongoing maintenance was carried out to support plant establishment.
